Returns Due to Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we ask that you send us clear photographs of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package. If the damage is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Product

Mistakes can happen, and if you receive an incorrect product, we apologize in advance. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will promptly arrange the return costs. Our goal is to ensure you receive the exact product you ordered with minimal inconvenience to you.

Product Never Arrived

If your product appears to be lost in transit, we will take immediate action. Our team will initiate a comprehensive investigation with the courier service. If the product cannot be located, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order before it is shipped without any penalties. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow our standard return procedure once you receive the product.

Return Timelines

  • Return Window: You must report and ship returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return within 14 days.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Hygiene products such as socks and underwear, unless they are unopened and unused
