Currently, we ship within New Zealand and Australia. We are exploring opportunities to expand our shipping range in the future.
2: How long does shipping take?
Our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. The total delivery time is 6-9 days.
3: What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
4: How do I track my order?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with tracking information including the shipping company name and tracking number. You can also track your order through our website using the provided tracking number.
5: What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, contact our customer service within 48 hours and send photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and either replace the item or provide a full refund.
6: Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, TrendyKiwis does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
7: How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
